I affirm that I understand I must register and pay the published registration rate for the conference in order to present at the 2022 Innovations in Testing Conference. (Registration rate details are available at http://innovationsintesting.org/register.aspx. ) If I am attending the conference in person, I understand I must pay the published rate for my hotel, travel, and all itemized expenses for the conference in order to present at the 2022 Innovations in Testing Conference.
If I have a PowerPoint, I agree to share my PowerPoint presentation with all attendees once my presentation is uploaded.
I understand that ATP and Designing Events reserve the right to use my name, photography, video, and presentation title in marketing material promoting the conference and in online conference proceedings.
Presenter grants ATP the unlimited license to use, modify (format, not content), sell and distribute the presentation.
Presenter acknowledges such grants are provided without payment or any other form of consideration.
Presenter warrants that the content within the presentation is not defamatory and does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any party.
This Agreement does not restrict the Presenter from reusing his or her presentation. The Presenter may not state that ATP agrees with the opinions or the findings of the presentation.
By completing this Agreement, Presenter acknowledges that she/he has completely read and fully understands its contents and agrees to be bound thereby.
